1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Verdant Atelier website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Services
Verdant Atelier provides plant styling, custom installations, maintenance plans, and biophilic design consultancy. All services are subject to a written quotation and project agreement signed by both parties.
3. Quotations & Payment
Quotations remain valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion. Maintenance plans are billed monthly or quarterly as agreed.
4. Living Materials
Plants are living organisms. While we guarantee the health of specimens at delivery, ongoing wellbeing depends on environmental conditions and care. A 30-day establishment warranty applies to installed specimens cared for under our maintenance plan.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and project documentation remain the intellectual property of Verdant Atelier unless otherwise transferred in writing.
6. Cancellation
Projects cancelled after deposit may incur charges reflecting work completed and specimens reserved. Maintenance contracts require 30 days' written notice.
7. Liability
Verdant Atelier accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided under the relevant agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
