1. Visiting the Studio
Our studio at 142 Triq il-Kbira is open to clients by appointment. Please contact us in advance so we may prepare your visit and dedicate time to your project.
2. Care of Specimens
Plants supplied by Verdant Atelier should be cared for in accordance with the written care notes provided. We are happy to advise should any concern arise.
3. Maintenance Access
For ongoing maintenance plans, clients agree to provide reasonable access to the spaces under care, on the agreed schedule.
4. Photography & Press
We may request to photograph completed installations for our portfolio. Permission is always sought in writing, and client privacy is honoured. Identifying details are never disclosed without consent.
5. Sustainability Commitments
We commit to ethical sourcing, peat-free substrates where possible, and the responsible care of every plant we place. We ask clients to share these values where practical.
6. Respectful Collaboration
Our studio operates on mutual respect — between team, clients, suppliers, and the living material we work with. We reserve the right to decline or end engagements that contradict this principle.
7. Returns of Living Plants
Owing to their nature, living plants are non-returnable except in cases of demonstrable defect at delivery, reported within 72 hours.
8. Use of Site Content
All photography, writing, and design on this website is the property of Verdant Atelier. Reproduction without permission is not permitted.
9. Updates
These rules may be revised. The current version always governs new engagements.
